Overview
Perform finance planning and analysis activities for global finance & support transfer pricing activities.
The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments)
Responsibilities
- Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis
- Prepare & evolve as appropriate, templates, financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business operations
- Analyze entries made into NetSuite and ensure that correct GLs are used to capture data.
- Ensure data accuracy when financial data is exported into management reporting tools from NetSuite.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, particularly on transfer pricing initiatives.
- Ensure inter-company transactions and revenue recognition entries are accurately captured.
- Ensure GAAP rules are complied with in financial reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.Between 1 to 4 years’ experience related to financial planning and analysis activities.Professional Certificate in Accounting or equivalent will be an added advantage.Analytical SkillsStrong proficiency in Excel & Power Point; familiarity with NetSuite & Adaptive Insights will be an added advantage.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlinesExtremely detailed orientedExcellent time managementProficient in financial modelling and forecasting.Take ownership to work independently with minimal supervisionAre disciplined and adhere to high-quality standardsWell-organized and detail-orientedTake ownership to work independently with remote supervisionCan multi-task and meet tight deadlinesDisciplined and adhere to high-quality standardsA strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the businessWhat will make you succeed at Frost & Sullivan?
