    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Efficiently set up and operate the CNC milling machine, ensuring high precision and quality of parts produced.
  • Create and modify CAM programs for various machining tasks to optimize machine performance and part quality.
  • Manufacture and modify electrodes and sub-inserts to meet production requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate innovative ideas and implement modifications to tooling to improve machining efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality.
  • Design, fabricate, and test jigs and fixtures to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure accurate and repeatable machining.
  • Utilize 3D software like Unigraphics for designing parts and tooling.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience in a CNC machining or related field.
  • Provide proactive and timely technical support to the production team to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
  • Take initiative and work independently, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by superiors or management to support the business needs.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Certificate or Diploma in tool & die-making discipline with specialization in tool fitting, assembly & basic design.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in a related field
  • Proven experience operating CNC Milling machines, specifically the Makino S33.
  • Strong knowledge of CAM programming and related software.
  • Familiarity with electrode and sub-insert fabrication.
  • Ability to design and fabricate jigs and fixtures.
  • Proficiency in 3D software such as Unigraphics (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide production support to minimize downtime.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
