Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary School / SPM / "O" Level.
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Able to work independently & proactive
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Able to drive forklift is an added advantage
  • Dedicated candidate with similar experience is encourage to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for verifying both inbound and outbound inventory matches.
  • Ensure load accuracy at check in and check out by physically counting.
  • Maintain required records and proper documentations.
  • Able to monitor and implement an efficient inventory process
  • Administrative / Clerical management and operations support
  • Supervise and control of stock movements in the store to check pilferage.
  • Supervision and control of checkers / drivers / general workers / attendants / clerks etc. to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep the store building and compound clean and in good working order.
  • All the above supervision and control should cumulate to good stock management and early deliveries of goods and services to our customers.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
