Requirements

  • SPM qualification (must be passed)
  • Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese (reading, spoken & written) and English
  • Fresh graduates welcome – no experience required, training provided
  • Able to work rotational shifts, including weekends / public holidays (with allowances)
  • Good communication and typing skills in Mandarin
  • Immediate joiners are preferable

Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries via calls, emails & live chat in Mandarin and English
  • Assist customers with product / service-related questions
  • Record and update customer details in the system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams
  • Maintain good customer satisfaction and professionalism
