Mid-Level / Senior Network Engineer (Hybrid Working Mode)

Job Description -Oversee the operation of the clients, ensuring customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Provide consultative services to drive business growth. -Manage end-to-end project planning and execution, ensure the quality of services delivered, optimize project plans, and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. -Be the point of contact for our key customers with troubleshooting complex web and networking issues. -Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to identify and resolve project challenges, providing actionable solutions to improve product operations. -Support pre-sales activities by advancing Proof of Concept (POC) projects to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. -Manage the status of resolution for all support cases, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner. -Use basic understanding of IT, such as networks and websites, to assist clients and improve project operations. Having knowledge of Linux, network tools, and scripts is a plus. Job Requirements -Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or similar. Exceptional candidates from other fields may also apply. -Possessing at least 3 years of experience in supporting clients in networking and / or cybersecurity related work -Domain experiences desired : Linux / Unix, Internet Technologies (such as TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP / HTTPS, HTTP Header, SSL / TLS), Cloud / Internet Security, Media Delivery Solutions and Hosting Infrastructure -Be responsible, a team player, proactive, and positive. Strong communication and coordination skills are a must. -Able to work on Monday-Friday at 9AM-6PM OR 3PM-12AM
