Position : Customer Service (Chinese)

Job Type : Permanent
Work Location : Sunway Visio Tower, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur
Work Mode : for 1st 3 months must be from office for training and from 4th month onwards you can do WFH (must show your good attitude and performance)
Shift Time : 9-6 pm, 10-7 pm, 11- 8 pm, Mon-Sun (5 days rotational)
Salary : Basic 3600 + 500 Language Allowance (Fixed) + 500 KPI incentive
Requirement :
- Education requirement : Diploma and above. If have BPO company experience can accept SPM
- Preferable Diploma and above. SPM with BPO CS experience is acceptable.
- Can read and type in Traditional mandarin.
- Omni channel : Live Chat, Outbound call, email.
- 1 year and above Customer Service experience (not necessary be BPO company experience)
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve platform operation issues through non-voice channels (e.g., email, chat).Make occasional outbound calls to customers for follow-up or to clarify issues.Review and coordinate return and refund requests in a professional and timely manner.Handle user issues related to financial transactions and logistics.Manage account-related inquiries, including issues with platform permissions.Accurately document customer interactions and system-related activities in internal toolsSkills :
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Taiwanese Mandarin.Benefits
