Requirements

  • Able to communicate with English & Mandarin averagely
  • At least 1 - 2 years working experience in related field
  • Able to start immediately
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels

Responsibilities

  • Perform invoicing / accounts related data entry
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
