Job Description -Assist in providing clerical and organizational support to the sales team. -Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. -Prepare stock and sample board. -Provide updates to customer or suppliers. -Assist in preparing report submission for daily sales orders, weekly and monthly sales report. -Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers. -Checking stock and prepare delivery to customer and keep track with Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries. -Handling customer questions, requests, and complaints. -Handling ad hoc tasks. Job Requirements -Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related field. -Good communication and mathematical skills. -Proficient with Microsoft Office. -Willingness to learn and contribute.
