In your new role you will :

• Responsible for Level 2 to 3 operation support for manufacturing messaging middleware and Workflow systems-related services via incident management with rotational on-call standby support to meet users' expectations and FI Operations Excellence / KPI.
• Monitor system health and capacity, and perform proactive system maintenance to ensure the reliable 24 / 7 operation of mission-critical applications.
• Drive investigation to resolve complex issues and contribute to problem management for proactive management of FI application services.
• Planning and execution of deployment management, including system testing and user training, with a defect mindset and system stability.
• Collaborate with the product owner to ensure a sufficient and proper transition from product management or projects to operations.
• Select appropriately, develop, adapt, or enhance monitoring and operation tools (When and where applicable).
• Proactively support continuous process improvements for service transition and operation.
• Support projects and operational activities where manufacturing messaging middleware and Workflow systems are involved.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (team, management, partners, customers, users) towards common objectives and quality targets.
• Actively maintain own knowledge and contribute to the development of others with proper documentation.
