Sales Executive (Johor)

Penerangan pekerjaanEducation : SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred. Experience : At least 1 year of sales experience, real estate experience is a plus. Communication Skills : Good verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with clients. Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. Sales Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills to meet sales targets. Market Knowledge : Basic understanding of the real estate market and relevant regulations. Customer Service : Focus on customer needs and providing excellent service. Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems, Canva and CapCut. Self-Motivated : Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Team Player : Good team collaboration skills and able to work with other departments. Willing to work during weekend and public holidays. Based at Batu Pahat, Johor Sales Gallery. Required to attend meetings and training sessions at the headquarters.
Job Description :
- Property Sales : Sell company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Property Presentation and Consultation : Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
- Contract Handling : Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
- Sales Reporting : Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
- Customer Service : Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.
