Requirements
- Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication (COMPULSORY);
- SPM, Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course;
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is a must, experience in Banking Industry / Financial Services / Fin-Tech would be an extra advantage;
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Able to commit working on rotational shift to support international market;
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Responsibilities
