We are looking for proactive and people-oriented students to join our Customer Service Team as Interns . Who We’re Looking For :

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do :
Provide prompt and professional support to customers through online channels by answering inquiries and addressing concerns with a positive attitude.Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.Offer product or service guidance to help customers make well-informed purchasing decisions.Support the returns and refund process by verifying parcels and ensuring customers are compensated appropriately on a case-by-case basis.Maintain accurate documentation of returns and refunds for both local and international orders.Collect and review customer feedback and insights to help the company improve its services and customer experience.Benefits
