Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, with familiarity in financial processes and accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables; able to independently create complex spreadsheets and perform data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of national accounting standards and tax regulations; strong financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • CPA certification is a plus; ACCA qualification is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and with high professional ethics.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily accounting operations, including preparation and review of journal entries, and maintenance of ledgers.
  • Assist in the preparation of company financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Support the budgeting process and financial analysis by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Assist the Finance Manager or immediate superior with financial data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Handle daily banking matters, including bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

  • Transportation Allowance : RM 10 / day
  • Meal Allowance : RM 25 / day
  • Full Attendance Bonus : RM 300 / month
  • Year-End Bonus : Ranges from 1 to 4 months’ salary , based on performance
