Requirements
- Min possess Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia in communication & writing
- Reliable internet connection, own a computer and a suitable workspace for remote work
- Strong attention to detail in verifying system-provided information
- Able to work on shift (10PM to 10AM or 10AM to 10PM), 6 days a week

Responsibilities
Provide information regarding bank service availability.Investigating and resolving transaction issues reported by merchantsEscalating unresolved problems to Level-2 and Level-3 support teamsPreparing and submitting daily reports to the Head of Department (HOD)Attending weekly online meetings with the HOD to discuss collected issuesBenefits
