Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team as a Junior Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and enabling smooth business operations. As a Junior Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, ensuring our clients' adoption of and success with our software application, thereby driving the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions, maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Conduct product testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to provide customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Familiarity with networking technology, particularly Ethernet, TCP / IP, and wireless.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server, IIS and AWS.
  • Knowledge of end user platforms : desktop, laptop, tablet; Windows, Mac, Android; etc.
  • Knowledge of browsers, their differences and their effects on applications.
  • Familiarity with customer support ticketing applications (Zendesk preferred)
  • Fluent in English language- spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
