Requirements
- Minimum SPM or above qualification.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries online and provide timely solutions.Liaise between China and Malaysia warehouses for order coordination.Handle complaints and resolve customer issues professionally.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and logistics updates.Assist with general administrative tasks related to logistics operations.Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.Benefits
