Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or above qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication.
  • Prior experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries online and provide timely solutions.
  • Liaise between China and Malaysia warehouses for order coordination.
  • Handle complaints and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and logistics updates.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
  • Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Basic Salary RM2,500-RM3,500 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS

  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 9 AM – 6 PM (office-based). Saturday : 9 AM – 6 PM (WFH).
