1) Diploma / bachelor's in business management, Marketing and other equivalent
Skill Required :
1) Familiar with Autocount / MRP System
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office
3) Interpersonal skills

Briefing on Job Description & Key Responsibilities :
1) Customer service and post-sales support, services existing accounts, obtains orders.
2) Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
3) Problem solving abilities to identify client needs, address concern and overcome objections during the sales process.
4) Ability to work independently and as part of team in a fast paced environment.
5) Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes and optimize the customer experience.
6) Negotiation and closing deals.
