Diploma and above Familiar with logistic and express related knowledge Min 2 years and above working experience in Purchasing / Procurement role is preferable. Requirements
- Outsourcing - Send out enquiry form to supplier to order / purchase items and follow up the purchase status
- Working closely with supplier representatives on ensuring cost effectiveness in all products lines
- Compare between product pricing and specifications, as well as payment terms.
- Handle the order purchase, oversea shipment, stock control (documentation).
- Perform and juggle the following job scopes (Quotation, PO, Delivery Schedule and Invoice)
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery; pursue suppliers for undelivered goods.
- Maintain Procurement Filling System
- Arrange emergency task and coordinate to resolve hiccup
- Handle the purchasing aspect to ensure smooth, efficient and effective overall logistics process
