Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst for our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP SD module functionalities and have relevant experience designing and delivering SAP SD (Order to Cash) solution to meet complex business requirements in ECC and S4 / Hana. This role requires the candidates to :

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the SAP SD module, including configuration, customization, best practices and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM).
  • Stay current with SAP advancements, new features, and industry trends to ensure the department remains at the forefront of technology.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, including its architecture, benefits, and implementation strategies.
  • Possess strong knowledge of distribution processes and their integration with SAP SD.

    • Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, PMO and external vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

    • Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the SAP SD Team.
  • Implement best practices and standards for SAP SD processes, documentation, and quality assurance.

    • Qualifications

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications in SAP is highly desirable.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience including in-depth knowledge of SAP SD module functionalities, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management.
  • Strong time management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, as well as a solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, including its functionalities and business benefits.
