Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage (if applicable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
To ensure process of registration of all vehicles, (sales invoices, coordinate on invoices for disbursement of H / P Loan paperwork for MYEG & JPJ ownership transfer).To prepare and monitor the insurance quotation, cover note and road tax as well for renewalTo monitor and keep record of all vehicles purchases and relevant documents.To monitor and coordinate fleet process of all new unit vehiclesTo make appointment for necessary inspection for vehicles registration and interchangeTo raise PO to body builder & ensure timely delivery of commercial vehicle bodyUndertake other administrative support duties as assignedTo monitor and coordinate fleet process of all new unit vehicles.Benefits
