Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. -Prepare employment contracts and facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires. -Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. -Ensure proper filing of contracts, leave records, and HR-related documentation in compliance with local labor laws. -Assist with payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of salaries. -Administer employee benefits programs including medical, insurance, and leave entitlements. -Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies. -Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. -Support initiatives to promote a positive work environment and company culture. -Address employee inquiries, grievances, and provide support in conflict resolution when needed. -Coordinate the performance appraisal process and maintain related records. -Track probation evaluations and support managers in performance discussions. -Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as staff turnover, absenteeism, and training hours. -Provide data-driven insights to support HR planning and strategy. -Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned. Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. -Proven experience in an administrative and / or HR role. -Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
