Requirements
- Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above education
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language is preferred
- Hardworking, responsible, self-disciplined, and strong attention to detail
- Possess analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
Assist with the processing of accounts payable & accounts receivable transactionsReconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepanciesPrepare debit notes, credit notes, invoices, and statements to customersControlling credit and chasing debtsCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reportingAny other ad hoc duties assigned by the managementProvide administrative support to the accounts & finance team, including data entry and filingBenefits
