CNC Machine Engineer

Requirements

Familiar with AutoCad, SolidWorks and MasterCam

Skill in reading technical drawing

Able to perform CNC programming with MasterCam

Proficient in CNC operation & tooling set-up

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawing to fabricate tooling

Write and edit CNC programs using MasterCam

Set up and operate CNC milling machine to fabricate toolings

Perform quality check and ensure tooling accuracy

Assist in the design improvement and modification of existing tooling

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve tooling issue

Maintenance of tools, machine and equipment to good working condition.

Keep records of tooling maintenance and production documentations.

Follow safety and quality procedures to compliance with company and industry standard.
