Location : Lumi Tropicana, Petaling Jaya | Type : Full Time, On-site | Language : English and Chinese Department : IT What You’ll Do -Set up and manage automated workflows using tools like Pabbly, Zapier, and Make. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation failures or data sync errors. -Create and maintain backend integrations between marketing platforms (e.g. CRM, email systems, lead forms). -Use APIs and webhooks to build custom connections between tools that lack native integrations. -Support the marketing team by automating repetitive tasks and improving overall workflow efficiency. -Implement basic scripts (e.g. in Python or JavaScript) to process or transfer data. -Maintain execution logs and system monitoring for critical automation processes. -Assist in onboarding new marketing tools and integrating them into existing systems. -Optimize data flow between platforms like Google Sheets, CRMs, email platforms, and campaign tools. -Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of backend processes used in marketing operations. -Support teams with basic technical needs, such as account setup, access management, or troubleshooting tool usage. -Document technical processes and create user-friendly guides or SOPs for internal use. -Stay updated with the latest in MarTech trends, digital tools, and AI advancements.
