Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in the preparation of monthly management account Performing reconciliation of bank, intercompany, accounts receivable and payable To ensure all FA Listing, Accruals, Prepayments, Profit Recognized, Subcontractors and Supplier invoices are processed Resolve any accounting discrepancies and highlight any irregularities Maintain financial records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts Assist in the analysis of financial data and the identification of trends and areas for improvement Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Assist in preparing proposal paper for BOD and Management Meeting Liaise with external auditors, lawyers, bankers, clients, suppliers, and government bodies on related matters Bachelor’s degree in Financial / Accounting Min 3-5 years of working experience in construction company Experience in preparing business plans for management planning Proficiency in budget creation, forecasting, and variance analysis Analytic mindset to assess data, metrics, and performance Proficiency in budget creation, forecasting and variance analysis Experience in preparing business plan for management planning Analytic mindset to assess data, metrics, and performance
