1. Experience in chain or franchise restaurant operations.2. Background in both Halal and Non-Halal environments, especially in multicultural markets3. Food safety & Halal certification knowledge.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks : 1. Manage daily F&B operations, including kitchen, service, and bar.2. Ensure all outlets follow standardized recipes, presentation, and service protocols3. Halal Compliance (if applicable) : - Source Halal-certified ingredients- Prevent cross-contamination with non-Halal items.- Train staff on Halal handling procedures4. Hire, train, schedule and evaluate team performance.5. Handle guest feedback and ensure high satisfaction.6. Inventory & Procurement : Monitor stock levels, order supplies and reduce waste7. Control costs, manage budgets, and analyze sales data.8. Enforce hygiene, food safety, and licensing regulations.9. Coordinate promotions, seasonal menus and loyalty programs.
