Event Coordination -Assist in the execution of in-store marketing events by coordinating activation flows and ensuring smooth operations. -Communicate with key-stake holder. Manage manpower arrangements for events, including scheduling and on-site support. -Source, liaise, and coordinate with third-party vendors, including food and beverage suppliers, any activation and workshop vendors. -Handle quotations, documentation, and payment terms for vendor arrangements. 2. Marketing Communication -Propose marketing communication plans with all on going sales and promotion including WhatsApp Copies to Retail Associate. -Sharing assets to Retail Associate and monitor Retail Associate posting for Social Media. -Liaise with creative department to ensure timely delivery of required assets. 3. Sales Mechanism and Activation Proposal -Propose sales mechanism and engage in-store activation concepts. -Collaborate with retail and marketing communication team to refine ideas. 4. Mall Marketing Coordination -Act as main contact for mall marketing team to communicate ongoing sales and promotions. -Leverage mall platforms to amplify campaign visibility and reach. 5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) -Analyze and segment CRM data based on demographics to tailor communication plans. -Coordinate the development and execution of communication strategies targeting specific customer segments. -Conduct sales analysis to identify top spenders. -Manage gifting arrangements for top spenders, ensuring personalized and meaningful interactions.
