About Qra (pronounced Q-ra) - is a modern, start-up, neighbourhood grocer; thoughtfully designed to bring communities closer through quality food, curated selections, and personalised experiences; all with a genuine Qra touch. As a Category Admin, you will be supporting the merchandising team by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining item master records, managing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.  This role is ideal for someone passionate about the grocery retail industry, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational efficiency and accuracy. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers and internal teams.  Key Responsibilities : -Provide administrative support to the Merchandising team. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier databases and product listings. -Assist in managing Purchase Orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing. -Follow up on delivery timelines, stock availability and documentation issues with suppliers. -Prepare basic reports to support product performance tracking, supplier accuracy and stock movement. -Coordinate with internal departments for new product launches, price changes and promotions. -Ensure compliance with internal policies and company SOPs for product onboarding and purchasing. Requirements : -SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field. -1 year of experience in a purchasing or administrative support role, preferably in retail or FMCG. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. -Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
