Requirements
Must Have :
- 3–5 years of experience in account management or business development .
- Experience in the iGaming or online entertainment industry .
- Solid understanding of payment gateway technologies (e.g., card acquiring, e-wallets, PSPs).
- Background in or exposure to fintech platforms or digital payments .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and client metrics.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Nice to Have :
Familiarity with AML / KYC, fraud prevention , and payment compliance frameworks .Regional experience across SEA, EU, or LATAM markets .Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI dashboards.Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow strategic relationships within the iGaming and online payment gateway sectors . The ideal candidate will have strong fintech experience , a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to navigate complex commercial and regulatory landscapes.
You’ll be the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring optimal integration, satisfaction, and long-term value creation.
Own and manage a portfolio of high-value iGaming and fintech accounts across multiple regions.Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (tech, compliance, product, risk).Monitor and analyse client performance , usage, and KPIs to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of payment solutions.Lead strategic business reviews , performance reports, and partnership growth plans.Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance issues in online gaming and payments.Resolve client issues proactively and escalate when necessary to meet SLA standards.Support the product team with feedback to optimise features and enhance the payment ecosystem.Benefits
