ABOUT THE ROLE :

• You will be responsible to operate all Water Park slides and overseeing the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attractions to prevent accidents.
• You will be expected to provide guidance as well as enforce Sunway Lagoon standard operation policies and procedures; provide First Aid attention when needed and assist guests in distress or facing difficulties.
• To delight customers ensuring them a pleasurable experience in the park by greeting, communicating in a polite manner and exercising good guest relations skills.
