Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Process payments accurately and efficiently, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems and following cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment, communicating effectively to address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience at Angellailaikitchen.

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
