Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or brand-related marketing
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook content strategies
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Able to plan, schedule, and execute consistent social media content
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or related tools
- Experience working with influencers / KOLs is a bonus
- Familiar with Malaysian online consumer behavior
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Peien Malaysia's brand and business objectives.Create engaging and shareable content, including text, images, and videos, tailored for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.Manage and nurture online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions.Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels, ensuring alignment with Peien Malaysia's visual identity and brand voice.Execute social media marketing campaigns, including planning, targeting, and performance tracking, to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall business strategies.Benefits
