Conference and Event Planners organize and coordinate services for Corporate Event , Launching, Annual Dinner . -Tasks include - Execution for Event and Sales -Promoting Corporate Event, Launching, Annual Dinner to Potential Customers; -Meeting with Clients to discuss their needs and outlining package options to meet these needs; -Arranging and coordinating services such as conference facilities, catering, signage, displays, audiovisual and computer equipment, accommodation, transport and social events for participants, and logistical arrangements for presenters; -Organizing registration of participants; -Negotiating the type and costs of services to be provided within budget -Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders. SPM / Diploma / Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields -Candidates with one year of experience in dinner and corporate events are preferred. -Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia . -Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven. -Exhibit strong Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills. -Computer literate and numerate. -Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets. -Good written and verbal communication skills. -Good attitude and responsible character. -Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill. -Must have own transport
