Position : Key Account Executive Location : Subang Jaya, Selangor Responsibilities : -To achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. -To manage and monitor COP as per approved budget. -To partner Finance to manage and monitor COP, AR and trade disputes. -Manage timely NPD launches and Listing Process -Proactively generate leads and work with team to pursue business relationships with prospective clients. -Collaboration with marketing and trade marketing on business review, launch presentation, campaigns, and promo evaluation. -Manage trade return and address root cause with action plan. -Ensure Operational efficiency, order fulfillment, manage on discontinue / promotion items. -Carry out trade visits to ensure execution compliance, feedback on competitors' launches and activities. -Carry out field coaching with peers and merchandisers. Requirements : -Degree in business, Marketing or related field. -Required travel to markets in the regions when necessary -Possess the qualities of team player with pleasant disposition and positive attitude to learn new things. Experience : -1-2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or related roles. -Preferably in categories of personal care and skincare products. -Preferably with sound people or team management skills.
