Requirements

  • Familiar with export and import procedures especially Thailand and Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of computer based logistics systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly via phone and writing.
  • Preferable candidate specializing in logistics / shipping line.
  • Conversant and fluent in written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Work based in Section 25 Shah Alam.
  • Full time positions available.

Responsibilities

Responsible in day to day coordination function of entire Logistic Activities in order to ensure accurate and timely shipment pick-up and delivery, loading and unloading to both consignor and consignee.

  • Covers all logistics activities on an operational basis for Malaysia and Thailand.
  • Ensure logistics workload monitored well and under control.
  • Work closely with the trucking department.
  • Quick responding to customers needs or questions while executing the shipment coordination jobs.
  • Willingness and readiness to undertake additional tasks within ability to support and execution.
