Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SCCM, Intune, AD, Exchange.
- Knowledge of license management, user objects, and mail flow troubleshooting.
- Cloud implementation & management experience.
- Strong Mandarin & English communication (written & verbal).
- Problem-solving mindset & ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for cutting-edge tech & customer success.
- Preferred Certifications - MCP, MCSE, MCSD, CCNA, or related certs.
