About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. In this role, you will gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective technology solutions. You will lead projects, facilitate communication between business units and IT, and ensure thorough documentation and successful user acceptance testing. Your critical thinking and technical expertise will be essential in providing actionable insights and supporting strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth. Key Responsibilities : -Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. -Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement aligned with business goals. -Partner with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency. -Facilitate clear and consistent communication between business units and technical teams. -Prepare detailed documentation including requirements, process maps, and user guides. -Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and functionality. -Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. -Stay updated on industry trends and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement. Job Requirements : -Candidate must possess a minimum education background in Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -Strong passion for and understanding of current and emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to the industry. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. -Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, capable of assessing complex business needs and delivering data-driven, strategic solutions. -Proven ability to address challenges, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions that support business objectives. -Experience in driving organizational change, including stakeholder engagement and effective communication throughout transitions. -Solid understanding of business operations and industry trends to anticipate needs and deliver relevant, impactful solutions. -Skilled at identifying, engaging, and managing key stakeholders while balancing priorities and maintaining positive relationships.
