Must be good in handling documentation process. -Responsible to monitor store activities, keep track of sales performance and manage the daily operations of the stores, including the team members. -Responsible to deal with customers' inquiries and complaints. Provide assistance to subordinates when needed. -Monitor subordinates’ performances to ensure they are aligned with the company’s standard. -Responsible to manage and create work schedule for the staffs to ensure sufficient manpower arrangement. -Be critical in finding a solution to solve any problems or in any ad-hoc situations. -Liaise with other departments for work-related matters. -Responsible to report to the management regarding any issues related to the store, staffs and etc. -Conduct training to new or existing members to ensure compliance with the company’s procedure. -Responsible to provide continuous effective training to retain retail talents with a vast experience.
