What You'll Do :

Advise clients on corporate structure, contracts, and transactions.

Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.

Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Liaise with external stakeholders including regulatory bodies and partners.

Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions.

What We’re Looking For :

A law degree from a recognized institution.

Admission to the bar in Malaysia.

Proven experience in corporate law or related fields.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
