Title : Team Lead - POI Editing

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Experience : 3-6 Years

Job Expectations :

  • Technical know-how - Ability to quickly understand technical and conceptual nuances of Online Maps and tools
  • Managing and overseeing the activity of the team of 15 - 20 Maps editing Specialists.
  • TL will be leading multiple short to long term pilot projects within online maps space
  • Strong problem-solving skills & attention to details a must
  • Work and Train the new hires within defined timelines
  • Maintain day to day operation task
  • Willing to work in a shift based work schedule if needed

Skills Required :

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
  • Min 3-6+ yrs. of work experience working experience as a team lead
  • Ability to maintain and analyze large data sets efficiently
  • Good written and verbalmunication skills
  • Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities
  • Experience in performance management KPI management
  • Operation skills in queue management / capacity planning
  • Knowledge of working on MS Excel / Spreadsheets in areas like vlookup, pivot table, charts etc
  • Stakeholder management

    • Huge plus

  • Background in analytical data management
  • Research and data analyzing ability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in aplex, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.
