Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
Product Listing & Management :
Upload new products to the e-commerce platform (website, marketplaces, etc.).
Ensure all product details (descriptions, pricing, specifications) are accurately listed.
Regularly update product listings to reflect stock availability, promotions, and any changes in product details.
Product Photography :
Take high-quality photos of products for online listings.
Edit product images to ensure they meet the platform’s standards (clear, well-lit, and accurate).
Ensure images are optimized for fast loading on the website while maintaining quality.
Inventory & Stock Management :
Monitor and update product inventory to prevent overselling.
Coordinate with the warehouse or stock team to ensure products are available for sale.
Report and update stock levels based on product availability.
Product Descriptions & Content Creation :
Write clear, persuasive, and informative product descriptions.
Ensure consistency and brand tone across product listings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create content that highlights product features, benefits, and promotions.
Order Processing & Fulfillment :
Ensure timely processing of customer orders.
Collaborate with logistics or warehouse teams to ensure efficient packing and shipping.
Manage customer inquiries related to order status and shipping details.
Customer Service :
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints regarding products and services.
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
SEO Optimization :
Optimize product listings with relevant keywords to improve search visibility on e-commerce platforms.
Ensure product metadata (title, description, tags) is optimized for SEO.
Promotions & Campaigns :
Assist in the planning and execution of online sales campaigns, flash sales, or product promotions.
Ensure promotional products are highlighted on the website and updated in the inventory system.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting :
Track product performance, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
Analyze e-commerce platform performance and suggest improvements for product listings, website functionality, and customer experience.
Website Maintenance :
Ensure the online store is visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional.
Work with web development teams to resolve any website issues related to product listings or checkout processes.
