Organization Gas Services Business Unit Service Asia Pacific Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Student (Not Yet Graduated) A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a Project Management Intern to join our Gas Services team where you will be responsible for assisting the project manager in execution of large gas turbine, steam turbine, generator long-term programme (LTP) as well as open market projects in Malaysia. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with internal and external collaborators to plan, schedule, and complete outages, including leading part deliveries and implementing risk mitigation measures
• Build and maintain documentation in line with quality management processes; set an example in driving zero harm culture
• Assist in planning and supervising project schedules; identify critical path activities
• Update project status and prepare internal and external reports
• Coordinate schedules with internal and external parties; review and accept vendor / contractor schedules to ensure contractual alignment
• Assist in internal improvement projects on process perfection, and support work pack, site preparation, and tool list preparation What You Bring
• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• Willingness to travel
• Good analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
• Initiative, collaboration, and excellent multilingual communication skills
• Sound knowledge in the use of Primavera P6 planning software; proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in MS Office; experience in using project management tools is a plus
