Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and Repairs

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or technical issues. Ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition.

    • System Monitoring

  • Monitor equipment performance and report anomalies. Assist in implementing upgrades or changes to systems.

    • Safety Compliance

  • Follow safety procedures while handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials. Comply with company and regulatory standards.

    • Documentation

  • Maintain logs of maintenance activities and repairs. Report completed tasks and issues to the Senior Technician or Maintenance Manager.

    • Support Duties

  • Assist senior staff in complex troubleshooting. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
