Requirements

  • No education is required, but Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with 1-3 years of experience.
  • More than 1 year of experience in warehousing and logistics.
  • Bilingual skills (Mandarin and English).
  • Good communication skill, good operation skill, and team leadership skill.
  • Proficient in office software.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall performance of the warehouse team (employee efficiency, training, and management).
  • Manage customer delivery appointments and on-site scheduling.
  • Participate in unloading, acceptance, and shelving operations.
  • Liaise with customers to address all exceptions and communication during the inbound process.
  • Provide value-added services (such as labeling and product processing).
