JOB ROLE

Weare seeking a highly motivated Travel Advisor with experience inserving high net worth, luxury customers in any field or industry.Prior experience in the travel industry is anadvantage.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

  • ProactivelyEngage the Customer Database : Reach out to potential and existingcustomers, promoting and recommending products from brands underHTT’s portfolio that align with their preferences, needs andaspirations. Strive to achieve companygoals by driving customer engagement andconversions.
  • Build and Maintain CustomerRelationships : Get to know our customers intimately and anticipatetheir travel needs, providing personalized solutions and insightssurrounding the experiences that we recommend for them. Demonstratea thorough knowledge of destinations, hotel options, flightoptions, and / or tour options to deliver value-addedservice.
  • Creatively curate experiences andsolutions :  Upon booking customers’ Luxe hotel of choice,to offer innovative and tailored experiences to customers,providing detailed quotes and options that align with theirpreferences and expectations. Handle customer billing and paymentsaccurately, ensuring a seamless transactionprocess.
  • Arrange Travel Logistics : Makenecessary travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flights,transportation, and any additional services required. Ensure allarrangements are made within theService Level Agreement(SLA) timeframe to achieve excellence in customerexperience and operational efficiency.
  • AddressCustomer Complaints : Handle customer complaints promptly andprofessionally, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives ina timely manner. Aim to resolve issues to the customers'satisfaction, maintaining a high level of customer service andprofessionalism. To follow the Standard OperatingProcedures (SOP) on escalating complaints to Team Lead ifunable to resolve.
  • Achieve Sales Targets : Workclosely with Team Lead to achieve sales and revenue assignedtargets. Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and other travelservices and experiences to customers.
  • FosterExcellent Customer Reviews and High Net Promoter Score (NPS) : Strive to exceed customer expectations at every interaction, aimingfor positive customer reviews and a high NPS. Consistently provideexceptional service to build customer loyalty and promote brandadvocacy.
  • Be involved in Travel and Company events,when necessary, i.e., MAS TravelFair, MATTA Fair,exclusive Travel Talks, etc.
  • Safeguard and notto disclose customer (personal and organization) details and ourcompany’s confidentialinformation
  • Any other dutiesat the discretion of the company.

JobRequirement :

  • Candidate should possessa Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, BachelorDegree or equivalent in All Business Field,Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management,All Services Field
  • Preferablyat least 5 years of related workingexperience.
  • Preferably specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Good communicationskills in English, Malay and / or Chinese language for both spokenand written
  • Proficient in Sabre system and haveknowledge on Ticketing flightbooking
