Penerangan pekerjaanIdentify sales opportunities and implement effective strategies, action plans, and sales activities to achieve sales targets. Respond to customers' inquiries and resolve issues to ensure the highest customer service standards are met in a timely and competent manner. Continuously upgrade technical knowledge through hands-on and on-site training. Study market trends and monitor competitors’ activities. Manage collections from customers and maintain credit control. Perform other relevant duties and assignments as needed. Attractive salary package. 5-day work week (8.30 AM - 5.00 PM). Staff benefits. On-the-job training. SOCSO
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken Mandarin and English or Hokkien.
- Customer-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and with a pleasant personality.
- A team player who is organized, self-motivated, and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
