Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Architectural Design or equivalent.
Good proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in 3ds Max, V-ray, Corona, AutoCAD, PhotoShop, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Required skill(s) : good discipline, ability to meet deadlines, confidence, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Possess positive attitude, honesty, good communication skills, and solving skills.
Good working attitude, proactive, ownership on your work and hardworking.

Responsibilities

To produce Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, and to prepare Tender Documents, and Site Design Execution & Coordination.

To coordinate and handle daily function of the team in design; design development and administration of the Design Projects.

To produce detail drawings, documents for quotations and procurement of Contractors.

Able to communicate effectively and coordinate with Client, Site supervisor, and Contractor.

Able to work independently and develop own design thinking, and collaborate with the team

Have a good sense in design & concept

Able to accept constructive criticisms and comments

To assist the team in design research and feasibility studies, preparation of presentation materials, coordination with contractor and manage design execution on site.

To prepare bill of quantity and costing for quotation.
