JobBrief :
We are lookingfor a Project Planner to coordinate project activities, includingsimple tasks and larger plans. He or she will plan schedules,arrange assignments and communicate progress to all teammembers.
JobResponsibilities :
- Defineproject goals and objectives
- Monitor andanalyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitativetools
- Recommend and implement modifications toimprove effectiveness and attain projectmilestones
- Organise, coordinate and monitoractivities of assigned projects to develop and implementprocedures, processes and systems
- Educateemployees in methods to ensure project continuity andcompleteness
- Create detailed task lists andwork effort assessment
- Arrange short andlong-term resource allocation plans based on input from all keyplayers and team members
- Manage schedules andrisk management plans and provide serious deviations warningshindering project results
- Identify changes inwork scope in the project plan
- Ensure to takeappropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess,renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals,contracts and budgets
- Evaluate and analyze withteam risks and issues compromising project results and developplans to mitigatethem

Provenwork experience as a Project Planner or similarroleFamiliarity in project management, fromconception to deliveryAn ability to prepareand interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step actionplansOutstanding organizational skills,including multitasking andtime-managementExcellent client-facing andteamwork skillsKnowledgeable with riskmanagement and quality assurance controlGoodworking knowledge of Microsoft Project and MicrosoftPlannerHands-on experience with projectmanagement toolsPossess at least Bachelor'sDegree in Business Administration or relatedfieldPMP / PRINCE2 certification is aplus
