JobResponsibilities :

  • Execute end-to-endinvoicing processes, including update meter reading (viacall / email / SMS and etc), data entry, and timely issuance of taxinvoices for Rental & Meter click charges for outwriteaccounts.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies inmeter readings to ensure billingaccuracy.
  • Generate and analyse billing reportsto identify usage patterns andirregularities.
  • Maintain and update customermaster data to support preciseinvoicing.
  • Address internal / external inquiriesrelated to invoices, payments, and billingdisputes.
  • Process credit notes for billingerrors and follow up oncorrections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams (e.g., Sales, Finance) to resolve billingissues.
  • File and archive billing documents incompliance with company policies.
  • Reviewbusiness contracts periodically to ensure billing alignment withagreed terms, escalating discrepancies asneeded.

JobRequirements :

  • Diploma / Degree inFinance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2years of experience in high-volume invoicing / billing operations(preferred).
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERPsystems for billing and data management.
  • Strongcommunication skills in English / Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is aplus.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivottables, VLOOKUP) for reportgeneration.
  • Detail-oriented with ability tomanage deadlines under pressure.
  • Familiaritywith business contracts (terms, SLAs, pricing models) is an addedadvantage.
