Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent / professional qualification in Accounting Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in property development or construction industry Prior usage of Wiz Property System will be added advantage Proficient in MS Office application Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word A detail-oriented planner, high self-discipline and good commitment to deadlines
Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting functions of a property development company
- Prepare and analyse project development costs
- Handle debtor billings and collections
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation, to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences
- Prepare foreign subsidiaries accounts and other related matters
- Prepare and complete monthly accounts on a timely basis
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Perform other ad-hoc as and when required
